Pittsburgh Defense Attorney
If you have been arrested for a theft crime, we work hard to have the charges against you reduced or dropped. We use our strong negotiation and trial skills to get the best possible outcome.
In some cases, we may be able to get you into an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) program that allows you to avoid jail so long as you pay a fine and complete your probation. If you complete the ARD program, your criminal record may be expunged.
